These 3 high-end San Antonio homes for sale have rare basements

There are plenty of features that come standard on most San Antonio homes but aren't always a sure deal in other places: air conditioning and driveways, for example.

Basements, though? Eh, not so much. In fact, basements are pretty damn rare in the Alamo City.

Which was why it was fun to find this trio of distinctive and pricy properties in the 2-1-0 that each feature a basement.

The first, a $2.6 million spread in the Dominion, boasts a bar, wine cellar, man cave and movie theater with old-school folding seats in its underground level.
