San Antonio's getting another 15-minutes of fame in the near future. Chef Andrew Zimmern, of Travel Channel's Bizarre Foods, visited Mixtli (5251 McCullough Ave.), the little box car that could, this Thursday. Staff reports that Zimmern was affable and the shoot lasted several hours as the five-person crew plated dishes from their Oaxaca menu, an ambergris cocktail from the Baja menu, a red maguey macaron, and a chapulin tostada.
