The Alamo City’s Two Tons of Steel — known as the Dead Crickets back in the early days — have built a 20-plus-year career on a hybrid brand of Texas country and classic rockabilly. Along the way, it’s released numerous albums, covered countless miles on tour and even landed spot on the cover of Billboard. The event is all ages, but anyone under 17 needs to have a parent or guardian in tow — and pay an extra $5 fee.
