Antlers Lodge at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is hosting a five-course Valentine’s Day dinner. The prix fixe menu will feature everything from oysters Rockefeller and pan-seared scallops to a seared watermelon salad, bourbon-marinated filet mignon, and a passionfruit panna cotta dessert. Couples can add the wine pairing menu featuring selections to complement each dish.
The dinner will take place at Antlers Lodge on Thursday, February 14. It is $90 per person, and couples can add the wine pairing menu for $35 each. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 210 520 4001.
