Valentine’s Day in 3D: Desire, Drama and Dessert

Romantic Valentine's festivities will begin with appetizers, sweets, a cash wine bar and silent auction. Guests will be treated to choral works including Rachmaninoff’s “Vocalise,” madrigals by Monteverdi and dramatic pieces from “Carmen,” “La Boheme,” “La Traviata” and “The Magic Flute.” SACC Artistic Director Rick Bjella has arranged songs by George Gershwin and Cole Porter especially for the concert. Tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, Feb. 10. The San Antonio Chamber Choir, a resident affiliate of the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, is the only paid professional chamber choir in San Antonio.
