Have lower back and hip pain? Then this is for you! This class will focus on all things lower body as it combines self massage with gentle stretch to help alleviate lower back pain. Starting with breath work to help calm the nervous system. Then guided restorative yoga inspired positions that focus on gently stretching muscles that contribute to low back and hip pain. Participants will be shown how to provide gentle self massage with a massage ball, specifically to the lower back and hip area. This will be held online via the Zoom virtual meeting platform.
