Updating a list of street closures by the minute, the city has announced
15 closed roads in San Antonio.
To keep folks off the roads during periods of heavy rainfall, the city sent out a reminder Thursday that if anyone drives around a barricade where water is on the road, they could face penalty of $2,000 and 180 days of jail time.
According to the National Weather Service, wind threats began to decrease around 7:30 p.m., however rainfall is still the top threat in San Antonio.
