TBA bar manager, Joshua Brock and wife Crystal Bailey have your baby pictures beat. What started out as a way to keep the grandparents updated on wee Elliott's growth, has turned into an accidental adventure that has Brock and Bailey planning out intricate sets, piecing together costumes and figuring out the best way to keep a 11-month old entertained long enough to capture these priceless images. Bailey, who Brock describes as the mastermind behind the shoots, shared a few details on how the images come together.

I think we know The Boss is in this scenario... "My goal was to remember to take a photo each month for the grandparents. Josh saw me getting Elliott dressed for the photo and came into his room dressed in my striped shirt and his captain hat. The photo was so well received on Facebook that our friends demanded to keep doing it each month," Bailey said.

"We agree on a theme usually days before it's due because we are procrastinators and it takes awhile for Josh to warm up to my ideas. I have no idea how I will top this last month."

"After he became mobile, the shoots require us to be very patient and click that camera icon on the phone real fast and hope for the best. There's a lot of yelling 'Elliott, Elliott, Elliott' and meowing. (He loves cats) We have 10 minutes max and after that he loses it. "

"I hope to recreate the monthly photos each year. So on his first birthday, we will take a new sailor-themed photo. I'm guessing when he is 11 there will be some bribing involved in getting him to agree to play the Hoff. ( My current favorite)."

The hardest shoots? Any with hats. "Elliott hates wearing hats. So I'd have to say Month 9."

"The hardest part is finding the time to shoot the photo. We have been a few days behind on a couple of photos due to Josh's crazy work schedule. Josh is in charge of the chalkboard art and he takes it pretty seriously. It can take hours to finish."
