Now through October 7 // Bowl & Barrel will feature Beers and Boards where guests can mix and match beers and sausages. October 12 // The Mexican and German ties are stronger than ever at Historic Market Square with its first ever Oktubrefest. Stop in for authentic German food such as bratwurst, pretzels and German pastries from Schilo’s and Bier Garten, or stick with gorditas, tacos and aguas frescas from Mi Tierra, La Margarita, Pico de Gallo and Viva Villa. Pair it with Herradura tastings or Freetail’s OktoberFiesta. The event will also feature traditional Polka jams followed by Tejano music. Free admission, 4-10:30pm, 514 W. Commerce St.
