You know the drill: $13 tattoos with a $7 tip from noon to midnight. Keep in mind that the line might get cut off around 10 p.m. or so. You can also get a nostril piercing for the same price. If you want something more detailed with shading or color, you can score a $31 tattoo with a $9 tip. First-come, first-served, y’all.
