Sure, there’s some super cheesy picks on the Pigpen menu, but your best bet is the brisket nachos. Chips are piled with brisket (obviously), pico de gallo, guacamole and melted queso. While the cheese isn’t the standout here, the mixtures of flavors is a good example of how you can cheese is sometimes best enjoyed with other flavors.Oh, and if you’re there during Sunday brunch, be sure to stock up on the cheese grits.
