Slam Your Rights: Poets Speak Out

The current political climate affects our lives in many ways, so unleash frustrations about civil liberties, social injustice, and the war on reproductive rights in a poetry slam hosted by Planned Parenthood of San Antonio. Emcee Slammaster “Shaggy” and DJ Lenyrd Spinyrd spin the grooves, and featured poets Martha-Saenz Buchanan, Anthony M. Flores, and Pace Posse speak out. Free, 8pm, Ruta Maya Coffee House, 107 E.
