The Bamboozle Roadshow

Posted on Wed, May 26, 2010 at 4:00 AM

Critic's Pick Release Date: 2010-05-26

Although some readers may feel cheated that Third Eye Blind won’t be joining the SA leg of the Bamboozle Roadshow, we’re still wondering how Six Flags is going to host 14 bands in one day. Featured bamboozlers include Good Charlotte, Hanson, All Time Low, Boys Like Girls, Cartel, Forever the Sickest Kids, Drive A, Cady Groves, Great Big Planes, Mercy Mercedes, Stereo Skyline, the Downtown Fiction, the Ready Set, and Vita Chambers. With the exception of wholesome Hanson, soulful Vita Chambers, and countrified Cady Groves, most of these acts fall in the all-male pop-punk genre. So, if you absolutely need to ride the Rattler (SA’s cheapest and fastest chiropractor) this Sunday, don’t be alarmed when you see hordes of teenage girls in hand-painted fan T-shirts screeching at boy-bands in head-to-toe American Apparel. $15 + park admission (from $34.99 at or H-E-B stores), 12:30-9pm, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, 17000 I-10 W, (210) 697-5050,
