H-E-B is unrivaled in San Antonio for brand loyalty, commercials featuring local athletes and sweet, sweet deals (those Combo Locos, right?). But the grocery giant doesn’t rate quite so highly with its treatment of the LGBT community, according to a new report by the Human Rights Campaign.

The Corporate Equality Index, a metric devised by the HRC, measures a company’s “commitment to LGBT equality and inclusion.” It incorporates factors such as benefits offered for same-sex spouses, training and accountability measures for LGBT competency and public commitment to the LGBT community.

H-E-B only scored a 30, down 10 points from last year’s score. That placed it in the middle of the pack for other San Antonio-based companies, which also included:

-CST Brands: 10 points

-iHeartMedia: 55 points

-Tesoro: 20 points

-United Services Automobile Association: 85 points

-Valero Energy: 10 points

When asked about the report, H-E-B spokesperson Dya Campos responded in an email: “H-E-B does not participate in third party surveys.”
