A New Point of View: What San Antonio Looks Like From Space

Sometimes it's easy to take the place we live for granted. A different perspective can rectify that, which is precisely what astronaut Scott Kelly, who's spending an entire year in space, gave the Alamo City this morning in a stunning image.

During his time in space, Kelly has tweeted pictures of cities around the world from his temporary home at the International Space Station. This morning, it was San Antonio's turn:



Can you spot your house? The AT&T Center? The traffic you were stuck in on 1604? Probably not. But it's still a spectacular shot.
