Could peeing on the Alamo be a gateway crime?
Probably not.
However,
one man who urinated on the Alamo in 2012, now finds himself in big trouble.
The El Paso Police Department arrested David Michael Athens, 25, after a police stand-off Monday,
El Paso TV station KFOX reported.
According to the PD, Athens is accused of shooting and killing a 56-year-old man on Sunday.
In 2014,
Athens was sentenced to 18 months in jail for peeing on the Alamo.
