What You Need to Know for Best of San Antonio® 2016

Posted By on Thu, Feb 18, 2016 at 1:09 PM

Your time has come, San Antonio. The moment you've waited (a year) for has arrived. This could be big for you.

The nomination period for Best of San Antonio ® 2016 is in full swing. This year, we're conducting the contest in two parts:

The first stage is to nominate your favorite dog park, coffee shop, politician, thrift shop, florist, sports bar, french fries, barbershop, bowling alley... (you get the picture). Nominate once per day through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, February 29 (happy Leap Year!). The link to do that is here.

All those nominations will then be tallied up, and the top five vote-getters in each category will be eligible to claim the coveted title of "Best in San Antonio 2016." You'll be able to vote for your favorite of the top five nominees from Friday, March 4 through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 27.

You've still got over a week to nominate your favorites. And we'll remind you when the top fives are ready to go for the voting public.

The final results will be released in this year's "Best of San Antonio" issue on Wednesday April, 20. Until then, happy voting!
