Supplies and monetary donations were quickly sent to aid those affected by Hurricane Harvey last month and are still trickling in. Now, psychologists throughout the Lone Star State are offering their services free of charge.

For those displaced or injured by the storm, or anyone who simply had to live through the ordeal, emotional healing has become more attainable. The Texas Psychological Association announced that more than 100 psychologists in Texas would offer up to three free therapy sessions for every Hurricane Harvey victim.

In the age of technology, these sessions can even be done on the phone or online, as well as the classic in-person session. Those interested in seeking services can find a psychologist here.

The association's website also offers plenty of information for dealing with traumatic stress and even has activities to help children cope in a life-changing disaster.
