Erika Prosper Shares Adorable Love Letter to Ron Nirenberg In Honor of Anniversary

Posted By on Fri, Jul 6, 2018 at 11:54 AM

Erika Prosper Nirenberg shared a love letter to hubby Mayor Ron Nirenberg on Instagram, and just try telling us they're not #RelationshipGoals after reading it.

In honor of the couple's 17th wedding anniversary, Erika uploaded a throwback photo of herself and Ron with the most adorable love letter. First of all ... she starts off by calling him "one of those good guys that a girl regrets letting go of at the end of Rom Coms, so she runs to the airport to stop him from leaving."

Of course, she gets more serious, bringing in his role as San Antonio's mayor.

"You’re one of those optimist leaders in historical films who has to make hard calls regardless of what’s popular to keep his country/city/region united."

She continues to gush about how great her hubby is before finishing with this: "To be your wife for 17 years has been fun, elating, sometimes frustrating, but always comforting. You accept me. You see me. You love me."

Even that has to melt the coldest of hearts.

Enjoy the full post below if you really want to get in your feelings.

Dear @ron_nirenberg You’re one of those good guys that a girl regrets letting go of at the end of Rom Coms, so she runs to the airport to stop him from leaving. You’re one of those brave, self sacrificing guys in action movies who runs out to draw fire away from the kids so they can run to safety. You’re one of those optimist leaders in historical films who has to make hard calls regardless of what’s popular to keep his country/city/region united. But best of all, you’re one of those honest to goodness, Boy Scouts who believes in the the human spirit, human dignity, and the human heart. To be your wife for 17 years has been fun, elating, sometimes frustrating, but always comforting. You accept me. You see me. You love me. Happy anniversary! XXOO 💋
