Masked Trench Coat Flasher Arrested in Northwest San Antonio

Posted By on Tue, Sep 11, 2018 at 2:05 PM

A masked man wearing a trench coat has been arrested after he was caught exposing himself on Monday, according to reports.

Jeffrey Cruz is facing charges of disorderly conduct, exposure and evading arrest, according to the San Antonio Police Department's social media accounts.
In the post, police said they had received numerous calls about a man exposing himself near Huebner Road. This prompted officers to set up surveillance at the Landmark at Atrium Apartments, later catching Cruz in the act.

According to KSAT, 35-year-old Cruz is suspected of being tied to multiple flashing incidents at the apartment complex dating back to June. He even allegedly exposed himself to a group of children as they were getting on a bus.

Officials said Cruz tried running from the police and led officers on a brief chase before he was caught. A magistrate judge has yet to determine Cruz's bail at the time of publication.
