In the post, police said they had received numerous calls about a man exposing himself near Huebner Road. A magistrate judge has yet to determine Cruz's bail at the time of publication.(CONT.) They observed Cruz exposing himself while only dressed in a trench coat and a mask. Officers gave chase and quickly apprehended Cruz without incident. He will be charged with Disorderly Conduct - Exposure and Evading Arrest.
