The time has come to make sure your favorite things in San Antonio are rightfully named winners in the 2019 edition of San Antonio Current's Best of San Antonio.

Nominations for the 29th Annual Best of San Antonio® Readers' Choice awards are now open, so you can nominate your favorite business, people, places and things to do in the Alamo City. There are more than 150 categories within five sections: Food & Drink, People, Shopping, Around Town and Nightlife.

Now through Sunday, June 2, you'll be able to nominate locally-owned businesses once per day. Emphasis on "locally-owned," as only Texas-based businesses and people are qualified to win. Please note that you will need to register and turn off pop-up blockers to submit nominations. You may also need to clear your browser's cache if you're having difficulty submitting the form.

Once the voting round is over, we'll tally up all the nominations to determine the top 5 finalists in each category that will move on to the next phase of voting.

Voting will take place June 10-30 and winners will be revealed in the annual Best of San Antonio issue on Wednesday, July 31.
