A man has been arrested after a woman accused him of recording underneath her dress while shopping at an area Walmart store.

Police said the woman was shopping at a Walmart Neighborhood Market in Converse when she felt something on her thighs. According to a KENS 5 report, the woman turned around and saw a man holding a phone beneath her dress.

The woman, who was shopping with her teenage daughter and young son, reportedly confronted the man, identified by police as 25-year-old Eric Talamantes.

Talamantes reportedly fled the scene, but police were able to later identify him through surveillance video. When authorities arrested Talamantes, investigators searched his phone and found photos of other victims he had photographed underneath their skirt or dress.

Talamantes has been charged with invasive visual recording.
