Sometimes having huge house in a posh subdivision just isn’t enough.
Case in point: a recently listed 6,300-square-foot home just outside the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort has amenities including an on-site coffee bar, a backyard putting green and a walk-in sauna, the latter even outfitted with its own TV.
Built in 2019, the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath residence boasts a “luxurious living space” and “soaring ceilings,” its sales listing gushes, and the master bedroom is bathed in natural light and views that “bring the outside, inside.”
Among the nearly $3 million property’s other eye-popping extras are a massive walk-in shower with a window overlooking an exterior courtyard and a loft above the living area outfitted as a library. The listing photos show a vintage arcade-style video game tucked into a corner of the loft. No word on whether the game stays with the home.
A sleek swimming pool area includes a firepit with bench seating, and the back porch features a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, built-in ceiling heaters and motorized shades. Beyond all that, the roofline is outfitted with a “permanent, app-controlled LED holiday lighting system” that lets the owner change color of the illumination to suit the occasion.
