The local grocery chain is beloved in Texas for a reason. H-E-B will accept donations through it’s Helping Here campaign for victims and families affected in the Sutherland Springs shooting.
Shoppers can ask their cashier to add amounts of $1, $3, $5, $50 or $100 straight into their grocery bill. One hundred percent of the funds donated will be given to the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs. The church was the site of a shooting where 26 people lost their lives.
Donations are being accepted in H-E-B locations throughout Texas.
