Lemongrass, ginger and Thai chiles will be front and center as Gastronomy Live partners with Thai Topaz to host a Thai-inspired cocktail class.
The event, slated for September 15 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., will feature Thai ingredients in cocktails such as a Tom Kha Martini (using some of the ingredients used in homemade soup), Tamarind Old Fashioned, Thai Basil, Mint Moji and Thai Mule.
