Poor Ted Cruz just can’t seem to catch a break.
First, he’s shouted out of a Washington restaurant by protesters, then he gets busted appearing to check out a photo of charismatic rival Beto O’Rouke on his mobile phone.
Texas’ freshman senator — who’s seen his lead chipped away by Whataburger-scarfing, skateboard-shredding, air-drumming (and largely likable) challenger O’Rourke — was photographed on a morning plane ride sneaking that peek, according to Politico Playbook.
The Twitter trolling started almost immediately after Politico’s post, and some it is comedy gold. Of course, the “liking” of mother-daughter incest porn from Ted’s own Twitter account last year was fair game.
