The Bexar County District Attorney’s Office just announced that San Antonio Police Officer Robert Encina won’t face charges for shooting and killing Marquise Jones in February of 2014.

Encina killed Jones while working security — he was off duty — at Chacho’s and Chalucci’s drive thru while investigating a fender bender. Jones was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in a minor accident.

Last week, the DA announced two sheriff’s deputies wouldn’t face charges for shooting and killing Gilbert Flores in August.
