Three vegan food vendors and a group known as the #texasvgang will host a different kind of barbecue this Saturday.
On November 10 from 6 t0 9 p.m., Hip Peaz Vegan Eats, Southtown Juice, and Miss Chickpeas Bakeshop will serve up vegan barbecue and fixins at 1502 S. Flores St. The menu includes vegan ribs, sausage, potato salad, crack mac, broccoli salad and bread. No animals will be hurt in the making.
The event will also feature live music, raffles, games and will benefit the Society for Animal Rescue and Adoption in Seguin.
