A Dallas-area teenager who killed four people while driving drunk and then successfully stayed out of jail after his lawyers said he had “affluenza” because his parents were rich and dysfunctional had his court case moved to adult court, The Dallas Morning News reports. 

Ethan Couch allegedly broke his probation and fled to Mexico with his mother, before both of them were caught and deported to the U.S.

The Dallas Morning News reports that when Couch turns 19, he will get a new judge and could face revised terms for his probation.
