Kimura is Hosting a Ramen Pop-Up This Saturday

Freight Gallery & Studios will host chef Michael Sohocki’s Kimura for a noodle pop-up this Saturday, January 13.

Bowls of Kimura’s house favorite ramen served with a pickled egg, green onions, marinated shiitake mushrooms, fish cake and nori, will be available with your choice of miso ($6) or tonkotsu ($10) broth with optional pork belly for $3.

The pop-up starts at 6 p.m. with a limited number of bowls so get there early.
