The rain didn’t let up Tuesday night for the opening of Night in Old San Antonio, or NIOSA, one of Fiesta’s most popular food-focused events. But that certainly didn’t keep the faithful away. Plenty of people showed up to get their fill of Maria’s Tortillas, shypoke eggs, and of course, chicken-on-a-stick.
