Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Rush played their first San Antonio date in 14 years Wednesday night at the Frost Bank Center.
The legendary Canadian prog-rock trio is also playing Friday at the same venue as part of its Fifty Something Tour. The tour is its first extended series of dates since the death of drummer Neil Peart. The band features original members Geddy Lee (bass and vocals) and Alex Lifeson (guitar) along with percussionist Anika Nilles.
Rush has changed up its sets nightly for the tour. On Wednesday, the band treated fans to classic tracks including “The Trees,” “Red Barchetta” and “YYZ.”
