The San Antonio Zoo is launching a new interactive experience where visitors can get up close and personal with the world’s largest rodents.

On Monday, the zoo launched its new “Behind the Scenes: Capybara Experience.” For $39.99 per person, in addition to the zoo’s standard admission fee, visitors can feed capybaras Ralphie and Fauna while learning about their behaviors.

“Capybaras are one of those animals that instantly capture people’s curiosity and hearts,” San Antonio Zoo President and CEO Tim Morrow said in a statement. “This new experience is not only a chance to meet Ralphie and Fauna up close, but also to learn about their importance to their ecosystem and why protecting species like them matters.”

The new add-on experience is limited to four people per booking, and children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Space is limited, and dates and times are subject to change due to inclement weather and the animals’ health. Spots are available for reservation on the San Antonio Zoo’s website
