Mark your calendars, Sanrio fans!
The Hello Kitty Café Truck is coming to San Antonio this weekend, offering up cookies, keychains and many more knickknacks boasting an abundance of cute. As part of its 10th anniversary, the pop-up is traveling to cities nationwide, including stops in five Texas cities.
This Saturday, the Café Truck will stopp at North Star Mall from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Just look for the bright pink truck parked at the corner of the Loop 410 access road near McCullough Avenue. In case you need any more help, it will be the one with Hello Kitty waving for you to join.
The truck will be serving limited-edition treats: cookies decorated with Hello Kitty holding up a pair of donuts that read “10.” Fans also will be able to purchase five-piece macaron sets and madeleines. And don’t worry, those still keep up the Hello Kitty vibes, since they’re packaged in pink boxes featuring the beloved character.
If sweets aren’t on the menu, don’t fret the truck will be selling trinkets ranking from keychains and T-shirts to blankets and tumblers, all adorned with imagery celebrating the truck’s 10th anniversary.
Just don’t forget to bring your card — or a parent who happens to have one. This truck doesn’t accept cash.
