Saturday, January 31: In true pop-up fashion, Rebel Mariposa will team up with chef Yana Gilbuena, for SALO X Rebel Eats. The dinner will include three courses, with Deed Eddy Vodka cocktails, with both vegan and meat-based dishes with a Filipino twist. Gilbuena, has spent the last year traveling across the U.S., hosting similar pop-ups in an intimate setting. Saturday, January 31: Cooking School instructor Hannah Smith will walk you through the ins and outs of gluten-free baking. Sunday, February 1: The Super Bowl is here and you can take in all the action while celebrating Biggie and Pac at Blue Box.
