Wednesday, November 12: We love watching TV shows at bars. Park Social joins other cocktail joints around town in showing one of our favorite shows, in this case the über fucked-up American Horror Story: Freak Show on FX. Thursday, November 13: The boys at Blue Box are beefing up their islander spirit know-how with Diplomatico rum owner Nino Cubelo. Learn more about the spirit from the man himself and pick up a few tips on making awesome cocktails via the U.S. Bartender's Guild-San Antonio chapter. Saturday, November 15: Frolic through orchards and celebrate this year's olive harvest at Sandy Oaks Olive Orchard. Learn about the growing process, from planting to cultivating, and take in a cooking demonstration or two. Sunday, November 16: The Alamo City Provisions group is back for its fourth dinner, a harvest-themed family-style soiree. Dishes will be prepared by members John Russ (Lüke San Antonio); Pieter Sypesteyn (The Cookhouse, Where Y'at Food Truck); Diego Galicia and Rico Torres (Mixtli); Elise Broz (Biga on the Banks); Luis Morales (Humble House Foods); and guest chef Mark Weaver (Tre Trattoria).
