Celebrate Memorial Day with a Cajun Crawfish Boil and Pig Roast

Three-day weekends are great, but they're better when they end with a crawfish boil, and best when the party also includes a pig roast.

That's exactly what'll go down this Monday from noon to 4 p.m. at the Bottling Department Food Hall as Bud's Southern Rotisserie serves up specials like a pork and grits plate, crawfish by the pound and fixins.

The Bottling Department bar will also feature Big Bend Brewing Co. specials including Tejas Prima on draft and Negra beer for $2.50.

Stop in for music by The Gulf Coast Playboys who have been performing for Austin Cajun/Zydeco dancers since 1997.
