The Curry Boys BBQ team has dubbed its Super Bowl pre-order packs “party ribs,” which an Instagram post from the East-meets-West eatery describes as the “Texas BBQ version of wings.” Each pork rib is smoked and basted individually for superior flavor, according to Curry Boys.
