It's a sad day for cheese product aficionados.
Frank Liberto, the San Antonio man known for inventing shelf-stable cheese and Ricos Products, passed away on Sunday, November 5, the day before National Nacho Day.
In a post shared to its Facebook, Ricos Products celebrated its founders legacy saying, "A true visionary, Frank was named the 1994 South Texas Entrepreneur of the Year and was forever vital to the growth of our company. His family and his employees will miss him dearly."
The Central Catholic alum and Army vet was 84.
