Rare beers, new releases and Hot Joy bites collide this Sunday, January 18 at 6 p.m. Beer buffs will enjoy food pairings and a visit with three of craft brewing’s luminaries including Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø of Brooklyn’s Evil Twin Brewing, Chase Healy of Oklahoma’s Prairie Artisan Ales and Ron Extract of Austin’s Jester King Brewery.
The multi-course dinner, priced at $85, will also serve as the release of World’s Worst Twin, an oak barrel fermented farmhouse ale created between Evil Twin and Jester King, made using “toasty, highly kilned malts in the mash to impart a roasty, chocolatey character, and Texas blueberries in the fermentation to provide some fruity notes and acidity,” as per Jester King’s website.
Reserve your spot by emailing info@hotjoysa.com with the subject line “beer dinner.”
