As Mexico City finds its way back to normalcy after being rocked by a 7.1 earthquake on September 19, La Fonda on Main is hoping to help.
The storied restaurant is partnering with Citibanamex Compromiso Social and hosting a benefit on Wednesday, October 4 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The staff will make passed hors d'oeuvres featuring bites from the affected areas, raffles, a silent auction by Azar Brands (makers of Seersucker Gin and Cinco Vodka) for a 20-person party at the distillery.
Proceeds from the event will be matched by Citibanamex. Tickets, $50, to the event include two drinks from the bar and can be purchased through eventbrite.com.
