New Panadería Opens in Deco District

Wi-fi, gourmet coffee and soon an expanded coffee program are all in store at the latest panadería to open in San Antonio.

An off-shoot of Lubbock’s Jimenez Bakery and Restaurant, Panadería Jimenez lands in San Antonio via owners Frank Jimenez and Ramiro Jimenez.

The location will focus on pastries and bolillos and opens from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Beverages available include coffee, cold brew, house drip, cafe canela and specialty coffees in 12 and 16-ounce servings. Frappuccinos are also featured. Espresso-based drinks will be available in the near future, according to Jimenez.
