A new Tex-Mex eatery, Mi Casita Restaurant, is in the works for the Stone Oak Crossing development. 

Located at 19141 Stone Oak Parkway #108, Mi Casita has taken over the space that housed Don Adolfo’s Bar and Grill since 2019, and its footprint also includes the former A Lounge space. The restaurant is situated to the left of Frutta Bowls, another new concept slated to open May 1.

The owners of Mi Casita haven’t yet revealed menu details. While a recent visit to the site showed that construction work is ongoing inside, they also haven’t revealed an opening date.

The new concept is the latest addition to an area dense with dining options. Mi Casita is within walking distance of Copa Wine Bar, Trilogy Pizza Bistro, an Urban Bricks location and a Vida Mia restaurant. A Curry Boys BBQ location is situated a short drive away on Stone Oak Parkway.
