The third annual Negroni Week, presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, kicked off Monday, June 1 and runs through Sunday, June 7. Participating bars, 15 in SA, will serve classic and in-house variations of the Negroni cocktail, originally made using gin, sweet vermouth and bitters, and donate a portion of each sale to their charity of choice.
Involvement in the event has grown immensely from 1300 bars in 2014 to 3530 as of today. Participating San Antonio bars and their charities include:
