Sushi Express Opens New Location, Offers Free Miso Soup Through May

There’s more sushi in San Antonio as of last week.

Sushi Express, which opened a Stone Oak location in 2011, has now opened a second location at 12055 Vance Jackson Road, Suite 107.

The new location will feature more of the same Japanese/Korean menu inside a 2,300-square-foot space.

Through May 31, owner Dino Kim will offer free miso soup and a California roll for $4.

Sushi Express Huebner is open from 11 a.m. to 9: 30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and noon to 9:30 a.m. Sunday.
