7114 UTSA Boulevard, Suite 101, (210) 233-6371, noodletreetx.com
“Absolutely stellar ramen, some of the best I’ve had this side of San Francisco. One caveat, when they say spicy they mean it! We ordered the second level “kicking” of 5 levels and was seriously spicy, and we aren’t spice wusses at all — so consider yourself warned. The ramen is amazing the hakata and curry ramen were excellent, the noodles had the right amount of chew, you can taste the tlc that goes into the broth and the toppings we’re supremely fresh. Small place, cool interior, waitresses was kind of blah but we were there before the food and it more than exceeded our expectations. 5 well earned stars, highly and spicily recommended.” – Corey M.
