Veggie-friendly, innovative eats and cocktails are that much closer, amigos. La Botanica, the eatery brought to you by chef Rebel Mariposa along with her Danny Delgado of Faust/Hi-Tones, is less than $300 from reaching its $10,000 goal on Kickstarter.
The eatery will open at 2911 N. St. Mary’s St. this June with regional and cross-cultural foods. With nine days left on the campaign, fundraising will definitely exceed $10,000.
