"Raising Our Future, Not Our Hand” is the motto for Peace In The Plaza, out to end violence against children today and end the cycle for future generations. Presented by the P.E.A.C.E. Initiative, the Main Plaza Conservancy and Dreamland Collective, Peace in the Plaza features free vegetarian chow courtesy of Ashram 5, face painting, henna tattoos for temporary thrill seekers, live art galore, raffles and music from some of SA’s top talents.

A year after the release of Animal Prisms, his sophomore effort with Pop Pistol, bassist George Garza proves his dexterity, lending his talents to the hip-hop collective Blend Phonetics.

Trip Hoppers Alien WITH Halos represents a slice of the SA underground and a delectable slice at that. Songbird Jeannette Muniz spreads her wings when she performs solo with her expressive, provocative voice and acoustic guitar strummin’. Maya Guirao jazzes up (pun intended) salsa, SA style in her fun, spicy tunes worthy of tearing up the dance floor.
