Omar Vasquez Arellano, who survived the notorious mass kidnapping of 43 students in Iguala, Guerrero, Mexico, brought his story to San Antonio yesterday. Arellano and parents of the missing students are visiting 40 cities across the United States to bring attention to the tens of thousands forced disappearances and murders in Mexico. The group will bring their case case to the Inter-American Commission in Washington, D.C. on Friday.  Southwest Workers Union and the Esperanza Peace and Justice Center organized a demonstration after Arellano’s talk on Monday.
