Kawhi Leonard's custom emoji
The ever-expanding suite of emojis (or is the plural just emoji?) now features a couple of Spurs-centric symbols we didn't know we needed, but will soon become go-to resources for Spurs fans.
The NBA unveiled custom emojis for each of the players in this weekend's All-Star game. That includes Spurs forwards Kawhi Leonard, who's starting the game, and LaMarcus Aldridge, a reserve.
No surprise, Leonard's emoji is a hand, an homage to his
giant mitts (though probably not as big as
Boban's). Aldridge's is a locomotive, referencing his "L-Train" nickname.
To use the emojis, use a hashtag with either player's name on Twitter, and it will automatically pop up in the tweet. Be sure to use them plenty during the game, as the NBA will use the number of hashtags each player accumulates to decide the All-Star MVP.
